Adds new ui stuff such as revamped hp bar and a o2 meter (o2 meter is a place holder for the closet monster)

New room layouts and no longer simple grey boxes 

New closet model as well as animations

New view model animations (as of now theres only a flash light anim)

New enemy spawn system each monster has a chance to spawn now teo will be the most common

Temp title screen as well as graphics options (i mainly added these cause it helps with the speed of development)

Monsters can only spawn after a set amount of time (this time gose down each room you enter)

Monsters can only spawn if the room your in or previous room have a closet to prevent unfair deaths

First 10 rooms are ment to be prelude rooms so monsters cant spawn later on rooms after 10 will have a new look to them but as of now tits only basic rooms
