Fixed some bugs (mainly with collision in a specific room)

New sprite for one of the monsters

Hopefully improved hearing for on enemy

Gave 2 enemys there own light

Added a epilepsy toggle (mainly for on enemies light)

Added batteries that have a chance to spawn in every room (the flashlight no longer charges passively)

Changed the position of the players flashlight beam so its more in center

Change how far you can look down
